According to a report in the New York Daily News, newly acquired New York Jets backup quarterback Tim Tebow is one of the most coveted celebrities when it comes to endorsements. The newspaper states that Tebow is listed behind Oprah, Adele and Kate Middleton but ranks higher than people such as Will Smith and Tom Hanks. The Marketing Arm, who did the research to find out the most coveted celebrity endorsers, used categories such as aspiration, trust, appeal and influence when measuring the celebrities for their research. I guess being traded as a starting quarterback from the Denver Broncos to a backup quarterback for the New York Jets isn’t so bad after all considering all the media attention he has received. I bet Mark Sanchez is jealous.
Big Bird — if he were made of breakfast cereal and holding an American flag.
